About My Work

Ready to Create.

I have plenty of experience in all things design + marketing. While my professional journey began years ago in print design, I’ve kept current with the best practices of today’s digital landscape—web design, social media, video production, and email marketing, to name a few.

I love the whole design process… the start from a new idea (logo sketch on a napkin, brainstorming a new product, e.g.) to seeing it through to fruition.

PRINT DESIGN

While working for a couple newspapers, I fell in love with print—especially editorial design. Then, I went on to work with ad agencies and in-house marketing departments to create magazines, annual reports, booklets, and brochures.

I had the honor of developing several magazines from start to finish; working on initial concepts and naming to launching the first issue.

WEB DESIGN

Social Media Marketing

I’ve created various social media campaigns over the years including content schedules and branded graphics to help clients stand out online and build trust and credibility with their customers.

I was an early adopter on Twitter and still love Instagram to this day. These two platforms were key while launching my lifestyle brand, Avocado Shirt Co. By sharing tweets and posts about guacamole, I got the attention of local media, fueled a successfully funded Kickstarter campaign, and garnered a working relationship with industry leaders Wholly Guacamole and Avocados From Mexico.
